Generation Rwanda

Short promo for the US-based NGO Generation Rwanda, a charity that provides full-ride scholarships for Rwandan university students who would otherwise not attend further education.

This micro-doc showcases the impact of GR’s programs through the life of Josiane Isingizwe, a final year Civil Engineering student at the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST).

Shot and edited on location in Kigali, Rwanda in a week.

A few weeks ago we met in a Cambridge boozer called ‘The Live and Let Live’ – I was the guy with the crazy hair and the Raiders cap. You gave me your card and I’ve been very impressed by your work. As a political activist I would like to hear your thoughts on our analysis of the general situation in Africa which is summarized in this link: http://www.worldsocialism.org/spgb/socialist-standard/2010s/2011/no-1284-august-2011/africa-%E2%80%93-starvation-and-speculation Cheers, Wez
